Our Mission
Prince of Peace Catholic School strives to embody
the core values and academic guidelines as set forth by our
Parish Community and the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
Prince of Peace students are educated, encouraged, and expected
to grow in personal faith and witness to Jesus Christ as they
maximize their God-given intellectual, spiritual, physical,
and moral capabilities.
To this end, the leadership of our school, in cooperation
with the faculty and families, will strive to create a faith-centered
academic environment where effective, engaged, and meaningful
learning and instruction promote student achievement.
Prince of Peace has a low teacher to student ratio. This allows
students to receive extra help and guidance in all subjects
and activities.
The school offers a rich child-centered curriculum including
Reading and Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, Science,
Computer Science, Physical Education and Music.

Parents and Teachers Work Together
At Prince of Peace, parents and teachers work together in
a collaborative manner to benefit each and every child.
At Prince of Peace we believe that the home/school partnership
is critical to each student’s continued success.
There are many ways for parents to contribute to the school
community. The school welcomes parent volunteers for such
activities as the Book Fair, Fish Fry, BINGO, the Parish Festival,
the annual Turkey Dinner, Cafeteria and Library to name but
a few.
The staff at Prince of Peace works very hard to stay in touch
with parents. Teachers are available for personal conferencing
and every effort is made to keep parents informed of student
progress. Parents regularly receive classroom and school communications
through the weekly take-home envelope. Parents can also monitor
their child's daily progress by checking the required homework
assignment book.
